Shipping
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment receipt and shipped via express courier. Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees, and can be calculated by adding the item to the cart.

For orders over 149 CHF, shipping is free!

During holiday periods, such as Sundays, Christmas, and Easter, delays may occur due to high delivery volumes, which are beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE

When receiving an order, always check that the package is intact, without dents, folds, openings, etc., and that it is not wet.

Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier. The recipient must write on the delivery slip: ACCEPTED WITH SPECIFIC RESERVATION, and then sign.
