Shipping


Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of payment receipt and shipped via express courier. Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees, and can be calculated by adding the item to the cart. Boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are well protected.

For orders over 149 CHF, shipping is free.

Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen payment method. For example, in the case of payment by bank transfer, shipping will be carried out only after the funds have been credited to our account, which may cause a delay of a few days. The fastest payment methods are Credit Card.

The indicated delivery times do not take into account Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. During specific periods, such as summer holidays, Christmas, and Easter, delays may occur due to high delivery volumes, which are beyond our control.

PLEASE NOTE

Please check that:

  • The package is intact, without dents, folds, openings, etc., and that it is not wet.
  • The number of packages matches the number of parcels indicated on the courier’s slip.

Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier. The recipient must write on the courier’s delivery slip: ACCEPTED WITH SPECIFIC RESERVATION, and then sign.
