Prices

The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs will be shown after the item has been added to the cart and in any case before proceeding with payment. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please make sure to check the final sale price before submitting the order form.

Shipping and Delivery

The items ordered will always be delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase. The indicated delivery times may vary depending on the product and may be changed at any time. Shipments are made via Express Courier, and the estimated delivery times are 24/72 hours within Switzerland.

When the Customer receives the goods delivered by the Courier, they are required to check that the number of packages matches the transport document and that the packaging is not visibly damaged or tampered with. In case of non-receipt, the Customer has 7 working days to report it by sending a written communication to info@sicilianfoodandwine.com.

For each delivery order, the Customer is required to provide at least one telephone contact so that the courier can reach them in case of delivery issues.

Check that:

  • The package is intact, without dents, bends, openings, etc., and that it is not wet.

Payments

Order payments can be made by Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, or American Express) or Bank Transfer. Online credit card payments are protected by a highly effective data encryption system. Any refunds will always be made using the same method used at the time of purchase. In case of cash on delivery, a surcharge will apply due to commercial agreements between Fiore del Sud Sagl and the couriers handling the shipments.

Note: Payments by bank transfer must be made within 3 working days from the order confirmation. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

Invoicing

This contract is governed by Swiss law. In the case of consumer users, jurisdiction shall be with the court of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Switzerland. For all other disputes, the competent court shall be the Court of Basel.
